Using the family portal
The family portal is a website you use — separate from the senior's phone app — to oversee setup, see what they're encountering, and manage your subscription. The senior never has to open it.
What it is
The family portal lives at app.memecare.ai. Sign in with the same email you used when you signed up, and you'll land on your dashboard. This is where you, the family member, do the work — adding seats, sending invites, paying for the subscription, and (if you want) glancing at the questions the senior has been asking the app.
Think of MeMe Care as two halves of one product: the mobile app the senior uses, and the family portal you use. They share the same account but show different things.
What's inside
Inbox is where you'll find things the senior asked the app about — usually mail, bills, or letters they weren't sure what to do with. If they ever flag something to share with family, it shows up here. Most of the time the inbox is quiet, and that's a good sign.
Seats lists the seniors you've added under your subscription. The Standard plan gives you one seat. Family 2 gives you two. Family 3 starts at three and lets you add more seats one at a time, up to ten. Each seat is one senior; one seat per person, please.
Calendar pulls dates the senior's scans have surfaced — a bill due May 15, a doctor's appointment next Tuesday, a tax deadline. It's not a separate calendar to maintain; it's a passive view of what the app has noticed. Cross-reference it with the senior's actual calendar; don't replace it.
Billing is your subscription, your card, and your receipts. You can change plans here, pause the subscription, or cancel. Pricing changes when seat count changes — see the seat guide for the math.
