Family calendar

Important dates, spoken out loud.

Add doctor appointments, family visits, and deadlines once. The day before and the day of, MeMe Care reads the reminder in a warm voice. No calendar app to open. No notifications to dismiss.

What it does

Reminders that reach them — without them learning a new app.

Family adds once. MeMe Care speaks on the day. Everyone sees the same schedule.

Doctor appointments.

"Your cardiologist appointment is tomorrow at 10am. Dr. Patel's office. Want me to read the address?"

Family visits & birthdays.

"Your granddaughter Emma is coming over Saturday afternoon. Her birthday is Tuesday." Nobody forgets.

Deadlines that matter.

Prescription refills, Medicare open enrollment, property tax — anything a family member adds becomes a gentle, spoken reminder.

How it works

Three steps.

Add events on the web. Hear them on the phone.

  1. 1

    Family adds the event.

Name, date, time, notes. From the family dashboard in 30 seconds.

  2. 2

The day before — and on the day.

MeMe Care speaks the reminder at times the family chose. No notification sounds, no pop-ups to navigate.

  3. 3

Ask for the day's schedule anytime.

"What's on my calendar today?" Voice question, voice answer. No app navigation.

Why it matters

A shared calendar the older adult actually uses.

Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook — every calendar app is built for people who grew up with calendar apps. For someone who didn't, they're effectively invisible. The appointment goes on the calendar. The person whose appointment it is never sees it.

MeMe Care doesn't ask them to learn a calendar. It asks the phone — the one thing they already carry — to speak the reminder at the right moment. That's the whole design.

And because family is the one adding events, everybody sees the same schedule. No double-booking. No "Mom, did you know your doctor's appointment was yesterday?" conversations.

Common questions.

Can my parent add their own events?

Yes. Voice: "Remind me to call my sister tomorrow at 3." MeMe Care confirms, and the event appears on the family dashboard so everyone sees it.

Does it sync with Google Calendar or Apple Calendar?

A two-way sync with Google, Apple, and Outlook is on the roadmap. Today, events live in MeMe Care and show up on the family dashboard.

What about appointments a doctor's office emails us?

Trusted-contact email forwarding is on the roadmap. You'll forward the calendar invite to your parent's MeMe Care inbox and it'll auto-add — only from contacts the family has explicitly trusted.

Can reminders text a family member too?

Yes — for events where the family wants a "did Mom make it?" text, you can opt into a post-event nudge to your own phone.

Is there a limit on events?

No. Daily medication reminders, weekly visits, annual appointments — add as many as you need. Performance doesn't degrade.

Be first to know.

MeMe Care is in private beta now — iPhone first, Android next. We'll email once when it's ready.
